Avatar Environmental LLC scientists have over 25 years of experience in providing a wide range of environmental evaluations in support of numerous regulatory initiatives including NEPA, CERCLA, RCRA, and the Clean Water Act (CWA). Avatar’s experience  has included the technical development, management and performance of a diverse array of environmental evaluations to support permitting, compliance, facility siting throughout the United States as well as overseas.  Projects for government and private sector clients have taken Avatar scientists from evaluations of radiological impact on fisheries and shellfisheries in the fiords of Greenland to the siting of telecommunication towers and wind energy projects with respect to potential impacts of collision mortality on migratory birds.

The design, implementation and performance of environmental evaluations and associated monitoring programs have been conducted to support:
